How I Got on be improvement path?
More than a decade ago, like started on this journey of self-help. The real catalyst that started me went through a life some people choose to experience called "divorce". But despite the fact that the divorce was the great catalyst needed to download my underlying and I same improve in all possible ways, the beginning of that journey ever it would have been possible without direction. Address much needed in very confused and disordered once in my life came from a related self-help book called "The Way of The" Peaceful Warrior. Changed my life to say the least. Since the day I picked up this book, life has never been the same. It is why now continue to write self-help articles and I'm in the process of writing several books on self-help.
Keep your energy and dedication up
Every time when I am slacking by this way improve myself. Every time start to feel too much work to keep constantly improving myself. Each time when myself to sit and see things happen my way for once, I like. But then the beauty about life and this trip self-help is "life tends to not give us exactly what we want, but instead always gives us what we need".
It has therefore imperative mode I found there's an opportunity to do things to keep my energy and commitment to high level to further improve myself at any time. And the way I've found that it works very well is continue reading self-help books and articles on self-help. While I love almost all forms of self-help articles and self-help books, I think that that lead me to action and raise my energy are sharing a story, a personal travel or the struggle of some kind.
I think that these types of self-help articles and self-help books help more because the writer shares from a personal space and therefore the majority of people can identify with what is written on. Know anyone and neither heard talk of someone who has achieved great successes or do amazing things in life without go first through some massive struggle and challenge in his life. Often the greatest achievements of fact and persons are all persons crashed less rock so low and success before they did.
The value of reading
What so I ask the question, where we would be if we are not people who share their personal self-help articles and self-help books stories? Because itself, at least improvement articles and self-help books give us a feeling that we are not alone in our fight. Most often raise our energy and level of belief and faith that we can do it, achieve it or overcome too. And in the best self-help articles and self-help books give us a clear direction, a sense of purpose again and clear steps of how we can move in the direction that met us.
So for me, is undoubtedly constantly reading self improvement articles and self-help books only can help us in our path forward, not only towards things in life, but more importantly for helping us become the I top that we are inside. And to convert this top car that we are, and continually spiral upwards, we can serve and contribute more positively towards others which perhaps once we were in the struggles. Read books and self-help articles helps give us a different perspective on life and experiences.
Therefore, it is my belief that continually read books and articles on self-help and then maybe even write his own Yes can be very useful not only but other too. So I say keep on reading and writing.
