Self improvement and growth of self-defense


Today the overcoming of terms, self-growth and self-help have become popular. We find many books on these topics and many Web sites. It seems that people are changing inside to find the solution to their problems. Seek knowledge, techniques, workshops, conferences and teachers who can show the way. People begin to understand the self-help and self growth to improve the quality of life.

The subconscious is one of the main keys for self-growth and overcoming. Changing the contents of the subconscious but change their habits, behavior and attitudes. This is the result of reflection, meditation, visualization and assertions.

The process of internal change requires internal work. It is not enough to read, you have to practise what you read, and this requires time and effort. There is no such thing as instant self-help. Any internal change takes time, and there must be a motivation, the desire, ambition, perseverance and dedication. External and internal resistance and opposition should be considered also. Start any program of self-help, most people usually find internal resistance coming from your old habits and your subconscious mind, resistance and opposition of people to his surrounding.

The desire for change, build new habits and improve must be sufficiently strong to withstand any laziness, I want to give up and ridicule or opposition from family members, friends or colleagues.

Let me tell you something about myself. I have been attracted to overcome skills from an early age and have been regarded as a source of inner strength, happiness, and the way to a life better. One of the most useful techniques that I discovered was a simple but very effective technique. It was to see how people behaved and appeared in various situations, and then search within myself, to find out if he has acted in the same way under the same conditions.

When VI to people with some traits of character, or a certain type of behavior that I didn't, I examined myself to see if he had them too. If I did, I visualized and rehearsed in my mind a different type of behavior. In my minds eye I saw with the opposite character traits. I had viewed me in situations, where said the new behavior.

When I found myself with traits of character or behavior, which I liked, used to think about their advantages and benefits, and its importance in my life. Here also, I used visualization and assertions and strove to act this way in daily life.

This way I learnt and greatly benefited the behaviour and actions of people around me, at work, at home, in the street and everywhere, people in real life and watching people on the screen. It was never to judge them or take advantage of them, but to learn to act, react and behave in a way better. This process took another benefit. Increase knowledge about how the mind and thoughts influence behavior and actions of people.

How can you also take advantage of this technique of self-help and growth?

1 Look to your around and see how people behave in various circumstances. See people you know at home, work at the supermarket, bus, train and on the street. See and learn also persons interviewed on television and movies.

2 See how people talk, walk, react and how are treated by others.

3 Pay attention to the way people use their voice and react to the voices of others. See how you feel and act when people shout or talk softly. See what happens when people are angry, anxious and upset and what happens if they are calm and relaxed.?

4. Where no likes what he sees, analyze why not and what I like, and then analyse their own behavior to find out if you behave the same way. Be honest and impartial analysis.

5 If you are you have some features that you don't like, assert himself often every time that happens to be aware of this behavior, actions or reactions and strive to prevent behave that way.

6 Play in your mind a mental scene of how you want to behave. Repeat several times a day, every day.?

7 When detected a kind of behavior traits or character you want and desire to possess, try to act in a similar way. Here also, a scene where to act and behave that way different display several times each day.

You can also decide to change some patterns of habit and behavior and to develop new, because you think that they are necessary and beneficial, even without seeing them in others first.

9 Thinking and view again and again in your mind how you would like to act and behave. Remember constantly changes that you want to do, and strive to act in accordance with them. Each time that you are acting in accordance with its old habit, remember that your decision of changing and improving, and act accordingly.

10. Not be disappointed or frustrated if no quick results are achieved. No matter how many times fail or forget to behave as you wish. Persist in their efforts and never give up, and you will begin to see how to improve your life and you.

There are many self-help and auto-growing techniques, but described here is simple, efficient and easy to perform.
